Who We Are

Human in Residence is a product of Product Ventures. When we say “we” or “us,” that’s who we mean. When we say “you,” we mean the person using the service.

What You’re Agreeing To

By using the site, assessment, or any of our programs, you agree:

  • You’re 18 or older
  • The information you provide (name, email, LinkedIn URL) is accurate
  • You won’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
  • You won’t use the service for anything illegal

The Irreplaceable Score

The Irreplaceable Score is a diagnostic tool, not a hiring decision, performance review, or guarantee of future outcomes. It’s a snapshot of where you stand on the Agentic Arc at the moment you take it. Read the methodology page for how we calculate it.

Cohorts and Paid Programs

When you join the Founder Cohort or any other paid program:

  • Pricing and commitments are outlined at signup
  • Cohorts have limited seats; your place is secured only after payment
  • Refund terms are provided at signup and vary by program

Intellectual Property

The assessment, methodology, blueprint, and all other content on this site is owned by Human in Residence. Your audit report is yours — we don’t claim rights to anything you create using the program.

Our Limitations

We do our best to keep the service running, but things break. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders; continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
