Most professionals are behind on AI. Not because they’re not smart. Because the onramp is broken — full of jargon, gatekeeping, and 10x-bro energy. We’re fixing that.
The real gap
AI isn’t replacing jobs. AI colleagues, AI teams, and autonomous departments are quietly replacing workflows — the invisible choreography of how work actually gets done. The people who figure out how to orchestrate this shift will become what we call a Human in Residence: one human, running an agentic organization, doing the work of a team.
The gap between those who get there and those who don’t is growing every month. And it isn’t about technical ability — it’s about whether you started.
What we do
We built the Irreplaceable Score to give anyone — technical or not — an honest read on where they stand. Then we built the programs to help them close the gap: small cohorts of peers on the same path, live instructors who are actively shipping, and a 12-week starting blueprint tailored to the kind of work they do.

Human in Residence is a product of Product Ventures — a venture studio that builds companies at the intersection of AI, work, and community. We launched HiR because the category of “AI upskilling” is broken and someone had to make the warm onramp.
