AI hiring is noisy because most proof is hard to read from the outside.
About Human in Residence
Human in Residence exists because companies want AI in production, but most do not know who to hire, how to assess them, or how to turn ambition into systems that actually run.
[01]Mission
Our mission is to represent serious AI operators and place them into companies where their judgment can change how work gets done.
Not resume dumps. Not generic recruiters. Not AI transformation theater. Just high-context matches between people who can build and teams that are ready to move.
[02]Story

Why now
The work moved faster than hiring
We built Human in Residence after watching the same pattern repeat: companies had board-level pressure to do something with AI, teams had tools and experiments, but nobody inside the business could turn the ambition into operating reality.
At the same time, the best AI operators were not sitting on job boards. They were building, advising, embedding, and moving through trusted networks.
Human in Residence brings those two sides together.
[03]Beliefs
01
AI hiring is noisy because most proof is hard to read from the outside.
02
The right operator does more than automate a workflow. They raise the team's judgment.
03
Companies need access to people who have shipped, not another dashboard of profiles.
04
Operators deserve serious briefs, direct conversations, and representation that protects their time.
