What a residency looks like.
You’re placed inside a live HiR mandate or direct into a client, fractional or full-time, and the systems are yours to build and run. The companies are ones you’d struggle to reach cold: private equity portfolios, industrial groups, Fortune 500 operations. The work is production from week one.
How you get in.

Clear it once and the score travels with you to every mandate, so you interview for fit and judgment instead of proving you can build. Introductions are made founder to founder, once, when the mandate, trust, and timing line up.
