Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This is what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the Irreplaceable Score assessment and deliver your results:

  • Your name and email address (you enter these)
  • Your LinkedIn profile data (public information we pull via Proxycurl when you submit your LinkedIn URL)
  • Your assessment answers (skill sorting, tool selection, slider responses, vision picks, gut-check swipes)
  • Your computed results (Irreplaceable Score, archetype, personalized audit)
  • Clicks on our CTAs (so we know which flows convert)
  • Progress through the assessment (so we can see where users drop off and improve the experience)

How We Use It

Your data is used for three purposes only:

  • Deliver your personalized Irreplaceable Score and audit
  • Improve the product (drop-off analysis, assessment quality)
  • Contact you about cohorts, enterprise programs, or meaningful product updates — only if you opted in

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Where It Lives

All data is stored in Supabase (US infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. LLM calls to OpenAI and Anthropic process your data in-flight to generate your audit — these providers have their own privacy commitments and do not train on our API traffic.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Email us at hi@humaninresidence.com to delete your data
  • Unsubscribe from any email we send you (one-click in every email)
  • Request a copy of everything we have on you

We comply with GDPR and CCPA. If you’re in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance monitoring. These are privacy-friendly — no third-party tracking cookies, no cross-site profiling. We may add Google Analytics or PostHog later; this policy will update before we do.

Children

The Irreplaceable Score is for working professionals. If you are under 18, do not use this service.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and log the change date at the top. For material changes, we’ll email anyone who has an account with us.
