We take operators with at least one production AI system in a real company — agents in production, RAG serving users, evals running against a live corpus. If your best work is a hackathon demo, this isn’t it.

The residency is month-to-month, but we represent operators who stay for six-plus. If you’re optimizing for maximum gigs per quarter, you’ll miss what compounds here.

You've done the integration work.
Real shipping is the code plus the standup plus the Slack channel plus the pull-request review. If you’ve only done the code, the residency will expose that quickly.

You can pass a senior-judgement interview.
No leet-code. One-hour conversation with a partner. We ask about a system you shipped, what broke, and what you’d do differently. We can tell within twenty minutes.

Every operator on the roster has a minimum rate we won’t go below. We’d rather lose the placement than underprice the work.
