Nick Lebesis, in their own words.
How you scaled with AI inside a small team
We run a single shared playbook across humans and agents. Every workflow has an owner — and that owner is always a person. Agents pick up the deterministic chunks: triage, summarization, intake, draft replies. The owner reviews, approves, and ships. No agent ships unsupervised. That one rule has saved us from at least four very expensive mistakes this quarter.
What do you wish more leaders understood about this?
You don't need more engineers. You need fewer engineers with more taste. The right operator with the agent stack is worth four contractors with a Jira board.

We're building a quiet network of operators and founders shipping AI inside real teams. If you know someone worth a feature, the bar is simple: they're doing non-obvious work, with taste, in a small room.
